Our adorable duplex cottage provides a personal space for guests who enjoy the quieter side of life. We offer two bedrooms/one bath, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, living room, dining area, screened porch eating area and large private backyard with outdoor shower & furniture, BBQ, private washer/dryer, All beach necessities like wagon for beach chairs and umbrellas as well as all beach towels are provided. Roku/dvds/Cable TVs/books and games: everything you need for the home-away-from-home.
Seagrape Cottage has access to a nearly secluded beach only steps on the shell filled sandy path which abuts the cottage. Seagrape Lane is considered to be one of the best streets on the island by realtors because it's on the east end of the island and its proximity to a practically private beach. The cottage has all the beach necessities for your trip to the Gulf of Mexico.
Parking is not an issue on the island if you are located on one of the few streets with direct beach access. Seagrape Lane is located on the east end, lighthouse, marina and fishing pier end of the island. We offer steps to beach from your front yard.
Our east end residential, private and adorable duplex cottage is a block away from Lighthouse Point, the Fishing Pier, Sanibel Marina, Gramma Dot's on the wharf, Lighthouse Cafe & Olde Town Sanibel with its specialty shops, ice cream parlor, cafe & boutique. The Sanibel Sea School provides classes for your children and is a block away. The bicycle path circles the island and is a few minutes walk from the cottage. The east end is often considered the best by many-- very little traffic and easy on-off-island entrance and exit. We are an area of mostly residential streets.
